Originally from Luxemburg, WI, she began her childcare career in high school and continued working at the same center while earning her degree in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin—Green Bay. After graduating in 2007, Ms. Sarah took on the role of Program Coordinator at YCDC and was later promoted to Center Director. She is passionate about the impact quality childcare has on children’s growth, independence, and self-esteem, helping them build a strong foundation for success.
Originally from the Fox Valley area, Ms. Niki earned her associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Fox Valley Technical College in 2008. While teaching 3-year-old preschool, she continued her professional development by completing the Autism Spectrum Disorder Certificate, Preschool Credential, and Infant/Toddler Credential. In 2016, she was recognized as Wisconsin’s Early Childhood Teacher of the Year. Ms. Niki joined YCDC in July 2022 and was promoted to Program Coordinator in 2023. She values creating a strong, supportive foundation for every child’s growth.
